Disney On The Yard was “established to deepen engagement with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) through mentorship, networking, and exclusive programming”. They are dedicated to building and maintaining a community for HBCU alumni working across The Walt Disney Company. They have sponsored events including community service and career fairs.
Disney On The Yard has announced the return of the Disney College Program HBCU Cohort. This cohort provides an opportunity for meaningful connections and a sense of community where all participants can be their authentic selves they work toward a more inclusive environment.
