A Touch of Disney in Black History – Dan Haskett

Dan Haskett is an African-America animator that has designed characters for several Disney films. Mr. Haskett, born August 20, 1952, designed Ariel for The Little Mermaid, Belle for Beauty and the Beast, and the adult version of Tod for The Fox and the Hound.  He can also be described as one of the top character designers.
