Clarence Williams III is an African-American actor. His first major acting role was as Linoln Hays on the TV series The Mod Squad. Mr. Williams appeared in the films Sugar Hills, Deep Cover, and I’m Gonna Get You Sucka. He played Prince’s Abusive father in Purple Rain. Mr. Williams voiced Councilor Andam on the Disney’s animated series American Dragon: Jake Long
